Newer home w/ everything for your comfort & entertainment, down to the tandem bike & pair of robes in the master suite. The large, private backyard is fully fenced w/ covered patio, fire pit & BBQ. We’ve meticulously put together a place we’d want to stay ourselves & where the kids won’t want to leave.

A quiet neighborhood of new builds. Conveniently off a main road, but not so close as to experience road noise.
Easily drivable, with sidewalks. Our driveway has plenty of parking, plus the center bay of the garage.

We call this a “treat-or-treat neighborhood” – it has wide streets and wide sidewalks, great for walking and biking. This single-level home is in a superb spot:
– 0.8 mile from the hospital at St. Luke’s (hi, travel nurses!)
– 1.3 mile walk to the Snake River Canyon Rim Trail (the jewel of Twin Falls)
– 1.9 miles from the College of Southern Idaho
– 2.2 miles from Magic Valley Mall, including shopping, restaurants & the cinema.
– 3.8 miles from downtown Twin Falls

– The guest booking the reservation must be age 25 or older (photo of driver’s license required within 24 hours of booking). Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Longer term bookings may require a signed rental agreement.

– Observe quiet hours after 11 pm out of courtesy to our neighbors.
– Please return items/furniture where you found them after use.
– Guests may not use the house address for mail delivery, driver’s license, vehicle registration, voter registration, or to start any services or utilities.
– Check-out is 11 am unless otherwise approved by the host one business day prior to check-out.
– Please be diligent to take care of each item on the check-out procedures list at the end of your stay.
