Terms & Conditions

By booking this rental, you understand that all members of your party are agreeing to the following house rules:

– The guest booking the reservation must be age 25 or older and must be present at the property while occupied (a photo ID is required at the time of booking).

– Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Longer-term bookings may require a signed rental agreement.

– NO smoking or vaping.

– NO animals of any kind.

– No parties or events.

– Do not use the premises for any illegal activities.

– Observe quiet hours after 11 pm out of courtesy to our neighbors.

– Please no hair dye, self tanner, glitter, confetti, kinetic sand, or similar substances that tend to hang around long past checkout.

– Guests may not use the house address for Amazon/mail delivery, to facilitate driver’s license, vehicle registration, or voter registration, or to start any services or utilities.

– Please return items/furniture to where you found them.

– Please be diligent to take care of each item on the brief check-out procedures list at the end of your stay:

• Start a load of towels in the washing machine; any extras can just be left on the bathroom floor.
• Garbage & recycling go in their respective bins on the side of the house.
• In addition to turning off lights, please remember to log out of your apps on the Smart TVs.
• If applicable, run the dishwasher and return any moved furniture back to its original place.
• Make sure all doors & windows are closed and locked.
• If you think of it, we’d really appreciate a heads up when you’ve checked out of the home – it gives us more time to carefully prepare the home for our next guest.
