We’ve made booking as easy as possible! Simply visit our booking page to choose from our available dates, sign the lease agreement, and make a deposit on your stay. We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

By cutting out the middleman of an online travel agency like Airbnb or Vrbo, it eliminates the platform fees that they charge, allowing us to pass savings on to our guests. You are guaranteed the best available rates by booking with us directly.

We know things come up, so we try to be as flexible with our guests as possible. Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back the entire amount they’ve paid, minus administrative fees. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund. We strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance.

We certainly do! Some of our favorite guests have been travel nurses, digital nomads, or families relocating to the area. There are, of course, a few additional details to be considered with long-term guests that require a more in-depth conversation.

We offer self-check-in starting at 4:00 PM using a keypad on the front door, so you are free to arrive any time after that. We’ll provide the code a few days prior to your stay.

It all depends on whether we happen to have guests scheduled adjacent to your check-in date, but we like to accommodate these requests if we’re able to do so and will keep you posted as your booking dates draw closer.

We cannot host your sweet dog or animals of any kind. However, there are a couple highly rated kennels located conveniently nearby that might be a good option:

No smoking or vaping of any kind is one of our hard and fast rules – you can understand why. We have severe sensitivities among our ownership’s family, so it’s a health issue we must avoid. If that’s a deal breaker, we absolutely understand – we want to make sure the home is a good fit where every member of your group will be comfortable and will thoroughly enjoy their stay.

By booking this house, you understand you agree to the following:

– The guest booking the reservation must be age 25 or older (photo of driver’s license required within 24 hours of booking). Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Longer term bookings may require a signed rental agreement.

– No smoking, vaping, or animals.

– No parties or events.

– Observe quiet hours after 11 pm out of courtesy to our neighbors.

– Do not use the premises for any illegal activities.

– Please return items/furniture where you found them after use.

– Please no glitter, confetti, kinetic sand, hair dye and similar substances that tend to hang around long past checkout.

– Guests may not use the house address for mail delivery, driver’s license, vehicle registration, voter registration, or to start any services or utilities.

– Please be diligent to take care of each item on the check-out procedures list at the end of your stay.

Note: Breaking the house rules may result in additional fees charged to the guest.

We ask that our guests fulfill a short, reasonable list of tasks at the close of their stay:

– Start a load of used towels in the washer. Just leave any additional used towels on the floor of the bathrooms.

– Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge & start the dishwasher.

– Place garbage & recycling in their respective bins on the side of the house.

– Be sure to log out of your apps on the Smart TVs & remove all personal belongings (double-check outlets for charging cords – those can be sneaky).

– Turn off lights & ensure doors & windows are locked.

A heads up message that you’ve left is much appreciated. Our cleaning crew loves as much time as possible to make things perfect!
